Flip, flip, flip went the skipping rope. Everyday we go skipping. Room One and I skip because we are training for cross country.
z I get about 20 skips in 15 seconds altho that's maybe not a lot for you I tried to skip a lot of skips. In 30 seconds I can get 40 skips and in 45 seconds I can get 60 skips maybe more.
when we go skipping and we have a buddy and my buddy tells me how much skipping I do.
and i count how much my buddy dose.
This helps keep track of when to stop and i Like skipping cause it helps me get fit. it.Helps me get faster sometimes’’, and it is fun sometimes .ouch the skipping rope really hurts when it hits my foot ouch . I got my shoes so I don't hurt my feet and I am faster at skipping. I am proud of myself. I'm getting better at skipping!.
